Toomas Adson has worked in the IT field since 1996 as a project manager, team manager, and program manager. His accomplishments include leading the IT program of Estonian Schengen accession under the Ministry of Interior, the EURO accession IT program in Latvia and Lithuania for one of Estonian established banks. As Atlassian product manager in the Ministry of Education and Research, the goal is to enhance organization effectiveness by implementing Jira in planning and exercising business processes.
