Liisa is an Operations Manager at Insly, ensuring seamless office management and employee well-being. With a keen focus on efficiency and internal processes, she was given the unique opportunity to lead the implementation of Insly’s internal support system through Jira Service Management – a challenge she embraced without hesitation despite it being a new area for her. In addition, Liisa spearheaded the integration of asset management via JSM’s Assets functionality, streamlining how the company tracks its organizational resources.

Before joining Insly, Liisa gained valuable experience supporting workplace operations at Playtech and Veriff, developing a strong foundation in administrative processes and office management. Now, she takes on another challenge and will be speaking on stage for the first time at the conference. She will share insights from Insly’s journey with JSM, offering practical lessons on implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
