Kick-off meeting and compiling necessary materials
Pre-analysis is a good starting point for implementation. We start with a kick-off meeting during which customer can give us an overview of the current situation. During kick-off we will set the timeline, agree upon interviews and gather necessary materials for the analysis (workflow process descriptions and other documentation).

Interviews
After the first meeting the analyst will process the materials to prepare the interviews. Next, we will carry out a series of interviews with the parties. During the interview phase we will agree on the set of workflows and expectations for the software solution.

PoC document
As a result we will deliver a document consisting of descriptions of the interviews and expectations. In addition, we will outline the ideas for the future and give some suggestions on if and how Atlassian and Atlassian partners’ software will support your work processes. The delivered documentation helps you either to create a PoC independently or order the solution from our experts.

Duration and price:
Depends on the situation, pricing is based on hourly rate of 80 € (not including VAT).
