Jira project administrator training

We will focus on the capabilities of the project administrator role in Jira Software. Participants will gain proficiency in configuring boards, handling sprints & backlog, and utilizing reports and automations. Attendees will acquire the skills to support end users and prevent the administrative burden on Jira administrators.

The objective of the training:
The purpose of this training is to provide participants with the knowledge to manage and configure Jira projects as project administrators.

Prerequisite for participation:
The participant should have knowledge of Jira end user training topics.

Up to 5 hours, depending on the previous experience of attendees and the specific needs of the company.

Tools needed:
A personal computer is required for practical tasks in the training environment.
