The objective of the course:

The purpose of this training is to provide participants with the knowledge to manage and configure Jira projects as project administrators. As a result of the training, the participant is aware of the opportunities and permissions associated with the project administrator role.

A participant who has completed this training is able to guide and assist end users and thereby also prevent excessive administrative burden on Jira administrators.
