Choosing Atlassian and Atlassian partners’ products
We will choose the Atlassian and Atlassian partners’ products based on the previous analysis done by your organization or by our experts. Depending on the complexity of the solution, the typical components are Jira Software, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Advanced Roadmaps for Jira, Bigpicture for Jira, Tempo Timesheets and their combinations.
Installation, configuration and adapting
We will install and configure the chosen products as needed. We will create a project architecture for Jira, space architecture for Confluence and build workflows and screen components. We can also create custom fields and project portfolio if needed. We will implement time management with Tempo Timesheets and continuous integration processes (CI/CD) with Bitbucket/Git and Bamboo.
The final solution will give you a ”big picture” overview of your processes (developments’ portfolio with roadmap). The project life cycle is implemented (starting from the idea up to GoLive). Using Advanced Roadmaps for Jira or Bigpicture apps, we will build a projects’ roadmap. In addition, we will configure the following roles with their workflows and dashboards/workspaces: Product Owner, Project Manager, Developer, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Tester, Test Manager (project based), Release Manager (organization based), System Administrator (from the viewpoint of releasing finished product increments).
