This training course gives an understanding of the features and functionality of Service Desk for JIRA. After that we can move to configuring your customer portal, creating queues and SLAs, adding participants, and automating tasks.

All Jira Service Desk users.

4-8 hours or depending on the specific needs of the company.

Your office or our office at Akadeemia tee 21/4, Tallinn.

Price:
